We primarily work on commercial buildings, multi-unit residential buildings (condominiums, rental towers, co-ownership properties), mixed-use developments, and institutional facilities. Our focus is on mandates that require structured project management, phased execution, and technical expertise — not standard single-unit residential renovations.
Do you handle the full window replacement process, from product selection to installation?
Yes, entirely. We manage product specification in collaboration with the building owner or manager, procurement through our established supplier network (including Novatech and other certified manufacturers), permit applications, site coordination, phased installation scheduling, and final compliance documentation. You have one point of contact for the entire mandate.
Can you work on occupied buildings without disrupting tenants or operations?
This is one of our core competencies. We develop detailed phased plans to minimize disruption to residents, tenants, and business operations throughout the project. Our teams are experienced in coordinating around occupancy schedules, and we maintain clear communication with building management and occupants at every stage.
Do you handle municipal permits and regulatory compliance?
Yes. We manage all necessary permit applications and ensure full compliance with municipal building codes and energy performance regulations applicable to your project. This includes coordination with inspectors and final permit closeout documentation.
What is the typical timeline for a large window replacement program?
Timelines depend on the scale of the building, the number of openings, and whether the project is phased across occupied floors. A mid-size building program typically runs 8 to 16 weeks. Larger or multi-building programs may be structured across two construction seasons. We provide a detailed schedule as part of our initial proposal.
Do you work with general contractors and developers, or only directly with building owners?
Both. We work directly with building owners and property management companies, and we also operate as a specialized subcontractor for general contractors and developers on larger construction and renovation projects. We're comfortable in either role.
